Access to youth-friendly Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services is essential for the well-being of young people. At Youth for a Sustainable World (YSW), we are committed to ensuring that adolescents and youth have access to confidential, non-judgmental, and high-quality SRHR services that meet their unique needs.
Many young people face challenges in accessing SRHR services, including stigma, lack of privacy, and limited availability of youth-friendly healthcare providers. To address this, YSW supports the establishment of accessible service delivery points, including youth-friendly health centers, mobile outreach programs, and community-based service hubs. These services provide contraceptive counseling, STI screening and treatment, HIV prevention, and psychosocial support tailored to young people.
YSW also strengthens referral systems to connect youth with essential SRHR services and trains healthcare providers to offer adolescent-responsive care. Our efforts ensure that young people receive the services they need without fear of discrimination or misinformation.
By expanding access to SRHR services, we empower young people to take control of their health and future. Investing in youth-friendly healthcare is a step toward a healthier and more equitable society for all.
